Migrating all ExamView (EV3G) users onto the ExamOne Portal

In an effort to facilitate better user and applicant experience while also reducing redundancies and system maintenance, ExamOne is moving forward with plans to migrate all ExamView (EV3G) users onto the ExamOne Portal.

“We are excited about this next (and necessary) step in our technology journey here in Canada,” states Steve Kambasis, ExamOne Vice President, Canadian Business. “Ordering through ExamOne.com simplifies the ordering process and improves efficiency for our clients. We are committed to helping clients in any way we can during the transition process.”

During the migration effort, our sales team will communicate updates and offer demo sessions. At the completion of the project, all users and customers will be operating from the ExamOne Portal and will no longer have a need to access the EV3G system. We anticipate that it will take a few months to complete.

Benefits of ordering on ExamOne.com

The ExamOne Portal allows you to manage all your needs in one place, whether you’re looking to create a case, place an order, or anything in between. It allows you to view the status for individual orders so you’re able to keep track of each moving piece required for completion. The site can be personalized to fit your needs and allows you to customize your homepage with the dashboards you want and care about.

  • Customizable dashboard
  • Enhanced search features allow users to locate cases by service type, order or last action date, agent, agency and carrier
  • User role based self-service: allows all users to place an order for an agent or agency, view orders placed under an agent’s or agency’s name, register entire offices only once, and add insurance companies for the entire office

This migration effort is part of ExamOne’s strategy of improving applicant experience, reducing cycle time and facilitating precision within the life insurance industry.
